Our superb sparkling cider, made from a blend of
vintage
cider fruits.
Very easy drinking and perfect on a hot summer's

a cool winter's evening.
 DRY STILL CIDER
This still cider is made from our range of vintage fruits,
well matured in oak casks until blended and bottled.
A full rich cider well able to accompany strong tasting
food, particularly
good with double Gloucestershire cheese and
venison.
  BOX KERNEL
Dry Still Cider
This rare cider is made exclusively from Box Kernel apples,
sourced entirely from our own orchards.
The flavour is mild but distinctive making it easy drinking
either on its own
or served like a wine, with fish, cheese or
chicken.
 DABINETT
Dry Still
A single variety cider made from Dabinett apples.
(not
currently available, still in maturation)
  BROWN SNOUT
Medium Dry Still
Cider
This single variety cider is made from Brown Snout apples.
This drink is a more robust, rounded cider and is enjoyed
for
its full bodied refreshment.
 MORGAN SWEET
Dry Still Cider
A single variety that matures quickly. It is ready for
Christmas from the autumn harvest.
Fresh and fruity. Glorious on its own or served with turkey
and plum pudding
  PERRY
Dry Still
Made from traditional varieties of perry pears, in
particular Blakeney Reds which originate from the nearby village of
