The BLOSSOM paints our orchards with pinks and whites through the month of May. These blossoms are fertilised by our busy honeybees and turn into FRUIT that is ripe and ready to pick from September. The fresh fruit is washed and sorted by hand and then milled. The pulp is transferred to the 'rack and cloth PRESS' where the juice is squeezed out. After a period of time and maturation, the cider is tasted and when ready it is selected for you to DRINK and enjoy!
